Minimal/Maximal Primitive Harsh Noise from this mysterious collective

UNMARKED VHS first contacted regarding a poster for a weekender they had booked. Few words were exchanged then an email containing these tracks arrived and I was hooked and knew that this needed a physical release.

Here in all its digipack glory is TAPE #2 a follow up to TAPE #1 which seems to have been "released" in some bizarre mailing campaign.

Few words were provided when asked only that the members were tasked with scoring scenes from a film utilising only 3 pedals (information of which is included in the inner cover of the digipack) and various sound sources.

What follows is an intense horrifying 40 minutes over 4 tracks of contact mic abuse which conjures up imagery of something dark, violent and threatening
